GREAT STARTS

SANTE FE CRAB CAKES A unique blend of jumbo blue crabmeat and southwestern seasonings, pan seared and served with our very own chipotle lime mayonnaise.

STEAMED MUSSELS Port Edward Isle mussels steamed with garlic, scallions and tomatoes in a smoked chipotle & white wine broth.

SOUTHWEST SAMPLER For a little variety try a combo of our wings, nachos, cheese quesadillas, and mini tacos with dips.

FRESH FRUIT One pound of seasonal fresh fruit served with raspberry yogurt for dipping.

POBLANO & ARTICHOKE DIP Artichokes, slices of poblano peppers, and Romano cheese blended & baked into a delicious dip.  Served with tortilla chips.

PATRICK'S HAMBURGER Delicious Black Angus beef mixed with garlic-rosemary and a side of chipotle ranch dippin sauce.

POT O’GOLD BURGER Our famous burger with bacon, BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese & grilled onion.

BLACK AND BLEU BURGER Our Chef’s specialty.  Black Angus beef dusted with Cajun spices and topped with bleu cheese & grilled onion.

QUESADILLA CORNER Grilled flour tortillas stuffed with cheddar cheese and your choice of fillings.  Served with a side of fresh Pico de Gallo and sour cream.  Make it a meal with black beans and Spanish rice.

BOURBON STREET WRAP Combination of Buffalo shrimp & crayfish wrapped in a flat wheat tortilla, piled high with jalapeno jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion & a Cajun mayonnaise.

CAROLINA PULLED PORK Slow hickory smoked pulled pork tossed in our Chef’s own Carolina mustard BBQ sauce piled high on a gourmet pretzel bun with lettuce, tomato, and onion.

GRILLED VEGGIE Zucchini, yellow squash, roasted red and suntan peppers, Portabella mushrooms, spinach, and mozzarella cheese on your choice of a French bread or a low carb sun-dried tomato tortilla.

All of our steaks are 100% USDA certified Black Angus beef.  Choose your cut, how you would like it prepared, your favorite side, and we’ll do the rest.

ENTREES

BAKED LIFFEY'S SALMON Fresh salmon with crayfish stuffing over sautéed green beans and carrots topped with light horseradish cream sauce.

JERK CHICKEN Chicken breast seasoned with Jamaican Jerk spices then served over Spanish rice, spinach, and black beans with our pineapple-mango salsa.

MUSHROOM GLAZED PORK CHOP 12 oz. Grilled pork chop served over our roasted garlic mashed potatoes and smothered in a fresh mushroom glaze with caramelized onions.

SHRIMP DIABLO Baked jumbo shrimp with bread crumbs and chipotle pepper, garlic, wine and cilantro. Served with a side of black beans and Spanish rice.

CHEF VICTOR'S GUMBO Sautéed jumbo shrimp, mussels, crayfish and andoville sausage tossed with a sweet and spicy Creole sauce.

FAJITAS Your choice of marinated chicken breast, juicy skirt steak, or jumbo shrimp with sizzling onions, a red Chile sauce, garlic and ground Chile guajillo.  Served with a side plate of lettuce, sour cream, Pico de Gallo, Spanish rice, black beans, and piping hot tortillas.

SALADS

STEAK AND BLEU CHEESE Juicy strips of marinated steak, crumbled bleu cheese, red and yellow peppers, and tomatoes on top a bed of baby spinach with our honey peppercorn dressing.

SUNSHINE TURKEY Roasted turkey, baby spinach, roasted peppers, and crispy bacon with a side of fresh tomato basil vinaigrette and Parmesan cheese.

PIZZA

All of our pizzas have a toasty 9” flatbread crust brushed with
olive oil and balsamic vinegar. 

BBQ CHICKEN Tender roasted chicken, crispy bacon, red onions, and tangy barbeque sauce and mozzarella cheese baked until perfection.

SPICY MEXICAN Our flatbread crust covered in mozzarella cheese, jalapenos, suntan peppers, onions, grilled chicken, and our tomatillo salsa.
